The car is a great Example of this Appreciating Classic which uses the legendary Metzger engine, derived from the Le Mans winning GT1 Race Programme. It’s a fundamentally different design to the M96/M97 found in the standard Carrera, meaning it’s free from the bore scoring and IMS bearing issues those engines are known for.

The car has just been serviced and had an MOT on the 3rd March. This picked up that front and rear suspension / brake components were rusty and corroded. They will need some attention so the price has been adjusted accordingly.
