THE LISTING

About this vehicle

Westfield SEiW – Vauxhall XE Redtop, Twin Dellortos – Well-Sorted Enthusiast’s Car
For sale is my Westfield SEiW, powered by the legendary Vauxhall 2.0 XE “Redtop”. A proper lightweight, driver-focused kit car with a great specification and plenty of character.
The car has been built and maintained with performance and reliability in mind, including a number of quality upgrades and recent work.
**Engine & drivetrain**
* Vauxhall 2.0 XE “Redtop” engine* ARP engine bolts* Twin Dellorto DHLA45 carburettors — recently rebuilt and balanced* SBD Racing inlet manifold* NoDiz Pro ignition system* New cambelt* Estimated around **175 bhp*** Westfield LSD
**Chassis & bodywork**
* New tub fitted by Middlewich Autobodies* FW-style bonnet* Lightweight and purpose-built Westfield chassis
**Interior & equipment**
* Quick-release steering wheel* Kevlar dashboard* Lightweight wiring loom* Solid-state relays* SoftBits half roof* SoftBits doors* SoftBits boot cover
The combination of the XE Redtop, twin 45 Dellortos, LSD and lightweight Westfield chassis makes for a seriously entertaining car. It has the right sort of specification for someone looking for a fast, analogue driving experience rather than a modern sports car.
The recent cambelt, rebuilt and balanced Dellortos and NoDiz ignition mean the car is ready to be enjoyed, while the replacement chassis/bodywork gives plenty of confidence in its history.
A great opportunity for someone wanting a properly sorted Westfield with a classic Redtop/Dellorto setup.
**Genuine enquiries welcome. Viewing highly recommended.**
