Registered new 01/03/2000, I’m the 3rd logged owner and have owned the car since 30/07/2007. However, I believe the first owner may have been a dealership for a very short period. Currently on 75,964 miles (may increase slightly). MOT next due 15/04/27.
I have owned this car just over 19 years, having it road legal for the first 9 years. During this on road period I averaged around 3,100miles per year. I took it off the road in Oct 2015 as I moved home and had a new, long commute and did not want to add any unnecessary mileage or wear. It was always serviced annually regardless of mileage and needed for nothing. It has been SORN for the last 10 years and in dry storage until I put it back on the road this summer.
To get it back on the road it had a full service including the cam belt etc. at my local garage, inspected and all work completed to clear the MOT. It was then treated to a full polish at a local body shop. It has also just had the air conditioning serviced and is running icy cold. For their time and type of car these were well spec'd, all features such as climate control and auto wipers are present and fully functional. 
The car is standard except for a few items. It has a Longlife stainless steel exhaust, HEL braided brake lines, high end aftermarket alarm and immobiliser. 
This is a fantastic, near-original example and there aren’t many like it. There are some light surface rust and corrosion marks in the engine bay and underside. Bolt replacements and/or parts need replacing and a powered coat or repaint would be beneficial to some components. The body is solid and the interior very clean while the engine and drive train are in great condition. I have many more pictures and videos available for anyone interested and can go into more detail if needed. There is also a file full of the car’s history. 
The parts needing attention: The drivers seat base, alcantara material, has worn and split as photographed. An inevitable issue with these cars, I have always used a seat cover but still could not avoid it. One rear brake caliper is sliver in colour as it had to be replaced for the new MOT, so this no longer matches the other 3 which had previously been serviced, powered coated red and lacquered. The front fog light reflectors are discoloured, I have a brand new, in box, pair of lights that will come with the car.
I’ve absolutely loved owning this car and if I could would keep it.  Getting it back on the road this year has been nostalgic, and reminded me of how great these cars truly are. This is however, a 26-year-old French hot hatch and will need space and time over the next few years to maintain its current condition and improve the areas that need attention. Unfortunately, I’m no longer in a position to store or dedicate time to the car, hence sale to someone who can enjoy it as much as I have.

The car comes with a brand new set of front fog lights as mentioned above, still in box. A additional standard catalytic converter, currently the cat fitted to the car is matched to the stainless steel exhaust, I am including a standard fit cat to allow you to change back to a standard mild steel exhaust if required with new front clamp. A stainless steel de-cat pipe that is matched to the current stainless steel exhaust, also made by LongLife Exhausts. A 5ltr bottle of engine oil, 1 new engine oil filter and 1 new fuel filter.
