About this vehicle

PORSCHE 911 (993) Carrera 4 Cabriolet - 37,000 Miles, Incredible History

Full History, Just Serviced, New Tyres

£84,500.00 Make Porsche Model 911 Year 1997 Transmission Manual Fuel Petrol Engine Size 3,600 ccm Mileage 37,082 Miles Emission class DescriptionnnThis 993 Carrera 4 Cabriolet is one of those cars that we term as a ‘rare find’- not only because of its low mileage and outstanding history, but also because it is one of the very last 993’s delivered to the UK at a time when the 996 had already been launched – having been shown at the 1997 Frankfurt Motor Show – the 993 was the end of an era for lots of reasons, but of course the main one being the end of the air cooled flat 6.nnI first came across this particular car when the previous owner bought it in 2012, and after enjoying the car, albeit only using it sparingly, for the intervening 12 years but caring for it meticulously he searched me out as he knew I understood the car and how special it is.nnThat was 2 years ago when it was last sold by us, We are delighted to see the car again and secure its purchase, I am confident there isn’t another one like it in terms of its condition, mileage and Service History – it has always been looked after by Porsche Main Dealers and Specialists and has 26 recorded services in its accompanying 2 service books.nnAdditionally, a delightfully full file of invoices and MOT’s back to 2002 confirm why it presents as well as it does, even though its now over 28 years old.nnAlong with a major service just completed, preparation also included new Front Brake Discs & Pads, New Lower Cam Cover Gaskets both sides, 4 new Michelin tyres and a new battery.nnWithout doubt one not to be missed and that must be seen – it’s probably unique.nnnSpecificationnnOcean Blue MetallicnnMidnight Blue LeathernnBlue Hoodnn18 inch Technology WheelsnnColoured Wheel CentresnnAir ConditioningnnWind DeflectornnTop Tinted Windscreennn3rd Brake LightnnPCCM Radio/NavigationnnnService HistorynnSupplied New By Rivervale Porsche, Brighton on 29 January 1998nnMinor Maintenance by Rivervale Porsche, Brighton on 9 April 1999 @ 2,738 MilesnnMinor Maintenance by Rivervale Porsche, Brighton on 31 March 2000 @ 5,299 MilesnnMinor Maintenance by JCT600 Brooklands, Leeds on 29 March 2001 @ 9,210 MilesnnMajor Maintenance by Merlin Porsche, Nottingham on 10 October 2001 @ 10,207 MilesnnMinor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Swindon on 21 October 2002 @ 12,280 MilesnnMinor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Swindon on 15 December 2003 @ 13,606 MilesnnMajor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Swindon on 5 April 2005 @ 16,359 MilesnnMinor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Swindon on 18 March 2006 @ 17,112 MilesnnMOT, 20 March 2006 @ 17,113 MilesnnMajor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Swindon on 10 April 2007 @ 17,674 MilesnnMOT, 10 April 2007 @ 17,687 MilesnnMinor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Swindon on 15 March 2008 @ 18,427 MilesnnMOT, 20 March 2008 @ 18,434 MilesnnMinor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Swindon on 7 April 2009 @ 19,313 MilesnnMOT, 8 April 2009 @ 19,320 MilesnnMinor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Swindon 0n 26 March 2010 @ 20,170 MilesnnMOT, 29 March 2010 @ 20,171 MilesnnMajor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Swindon on 18 March 2011 @ 20,579 MilesnnMOT, 18 March 2011 @ 20,580 MilesnnMOT, 14 February 2012 @ 21,176 MilesnnMinor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Bournemouth on 24 February 2012 @ 21,389 MilesnnMOT, 28 September 2012 @ 22,198 MilesnnMinor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Silverstone on 17 April 2013 @ 23,351 MilesnnMOT, 23 September 2013 @ 24,534 MilesnnMajor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Silverstone on 29 April 2014 @ 25,717 MilesnnMOT, 22 September 2014 @ 26,113 MilesnnMinor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Silverstone on 28 April 2015 @ 26,887 MilesnnMOT, 1 October 2015 @ 27,524 MilesnnMinor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Silverstone on 11 May 2016 @ 28,756 MilesnnMOT, 27 September 2016 @ 29,039 MilesnnMajor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Silverstone on 5 May 2017 @ 29,354 MilesnnMOT, 25 September 2017 @ 30,105 MilesnnMinor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Silverstone on 16 May 2018 @ 30,296 MilesnnMOT, 27 September 2018 @ 30,675 MilesnnMajor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Leeds on 17 October 2019 @ 31,093 MilesnnMOT, 21 October 2019 @ 31,094 MilesnnMOT, 24 October 2020 @ 32,094 MilesnnMinor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Leeds on 21 October 2021 @ 32,873 MilesnnMOT, 21 October 2021 @ 32,873 MilesnnMinor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Leeds on 28 November 2022 @ 33,665 MilesnnMOT, 6 December 2022 @ 33,665 MilesnnMinor Maintenance by Porsche Centre Leeds on 10 October 2023 @ 34,215 MilesnnMOT, 17 October 2023 @ 34,223 MilesnnMOT, 2 August 2024 @ 34,742 MilesnnMinor Maintenance by Quorn Sports and Classic on 3 March 2025 @ 35,560 MilesnnMOT, 4 September 2025 @ 36,262 MilesnnMajor Maintenance by Quorn Sports and Classic on 1 July 2026 @ 37,016 MilesnnMOT, 6 August 2026 @ 37,082 Milesn nn7 OwnersnnViewings are by Appointment Only, please contact us to arrange
