About this vehicle

1994 Vauxhall Astra Bertone 2.0 Convertible – £2,495

A genuinely special and increasingly rare example of the Vauxhall Astra Bertone 2.0 Convertible, with an exceptional history and an amazing amount of original documentation.

This car was bought brand new by my great aunt in 1994. When the family moved house, it was transferred into my great uncle’s name, hence the 2 previous keepers shown on the V5.

The history with this car really is something else. It comes with the original purchase receipt from new, along with an enormous amount of paperwork and invoices covering the car from the day it was collected. It even retains its original dealer plates.

The car

● 1994 Vauxhall Astra Bertone 2.0 Convertible

● Around 63,000 miles

● 2 previous keepers

● Full V5 present

● HPI clear

● 2 keys

● MOT until 07/06/2027

● Electric convertible roof

● Original factory roof cover

● Completely original apart from the stereo

● Modern stereo fitted, allowing phone/Bluetooth connectivity

● Recently had a full service

● New auxiliary belt

● Cam belt replaced at approximately 52,000 miles

The car has been garaged from new and is still kept inside a garage today. As you can see from the pictures, it is in exceptionally good condition for its age.

I’ve also just completed a trip around France 🇫🇷 in it, and it was absolutely faultless. It’s a surprisingly comfortable car to drive, and on a sunny day with the roof down, it really is a fantastic way to travel.

The car wants for nothing and is ready to use immediately.

Cars like this are becoming increasingly difficult to find, and finding one that is this original, with such low mileage and such an incredible documented history, is even harder.

It gets loads of compliments wherever it goes and is a genuinely lovely example of a 1990s convertible.

£2,995

Serious enquiries welcome. Viewing highly recommended — the history and condition really do speak for themselves.
