High spec Chevette HS stage rally car project with HSR bodywork and a stack of new parts to make a very competitive rally weapon.

Spec includes:

Shell fabrication and parts by Ian Jemison Engineering

2.0 XE (Redtop) engine on twin 45 Webbers with dyno reading showing 245bhp and 197 lb/ft torque

Type 9 5-speed Quaife gearbox

5-linked Atlas axle with 5.1CWP

Brand new parts fitted:

Oil cooler, fuel pump, clutch/cover/bearing/fork, Dural sump guard, front & rear Bilsteins and 500Ib/200Ib springs, Quaife Type 9 5-speed close-ratio gear box, hydraulic handbrake, pedal-box with remote bias control, prop shaft, rear axle 5-link geometry/link boxes, rear vertical turrets, wide tunnel, exhaust, brake pipes, fuel pipes, inner & outer sills, wiring loom, twin-pod ‘works style’ dash, all dash gauges, electric lightweight heater/blower, 12v battery, front air-dam sidelights/indicators, works fuel filler panel & aluminium flush fitting fuel cap, wheel clamp.

Parts to finish include:

ECU, 2 x doors with new bottom panels fitted, door cards, new front windscreen, Perspex side windows, front fibreglass air dam and front wings, several sets of front head lights, very rare 1981 chrome wing mirrors, centre mirror, suede steering wheel, 5.2CWP, Sparco sprint bucket seats and TRS harnesses (out of date). And I’m sure there are other bits and bobs too… Bodywork just requires a HSR bonnet and hatch to complete, and spray a colour scheme of your choice.

Complete with V5C & MSA logbook.
