Warranty

All Northridge Cars retail vehicles come with the comprehensive Northridge Cars 30 day Bumper-to-Bumper Guarantee. For those prudent individuals requiring additional 'peace of mind' cover we offer a 1, 2 or 3 year 'Five Star Warranty' from only £399.00. This covers all manufacturer parts and labour, plus sensors. Vehicle recover and replacement vehicle hire are just some of the other additional benefits this comprehensive package offers. What is covered During the specified period all of the original manufacturer’s mechanical and electrical components of the vehicle are insured against breakdown except those listed under exclusions. Full terms and conditions are set out in the policy document. Cover includes: Turbo/Supercharger (factory fitted) Air Conditioning (factory fitted) Timing Belts Providing there is proof that the manufacturer’s replacement recommendations have been complied with and that they are free from oil contamination. Exclusions Chassis, bodywork, interior and exterior trim, locks, glass, tyres, batteries, exhaust systems, fuel tanks, brake friction, wiring loom, road wheels, clearing of fuel lines, injectors, oil seals, satellite navigation, seize brake callipers and all service items, heater elements, centralised locking pumps, car telephone, air bag sensors. Air conditioning recharging, anti-freeze, lubricants, filters transmission fluids, external oil or fluid leaks, hardware e.g. bolts and fixings, pulleys/dampers, serviceable and ancillary items, instrument gauges are covered only in the event of a single gauge which can be replaced separately not as a cluster. Casing In the event of a covered item causing damage to a casing then the casing will form part of the maximum claim liability. Car Hire In the event of a valid claim and provided that the repair time in accordance with the Autodata schedules is in excess of 8 hours, a maximum of £50 per day inclusive of VAT (excluding petrol and insurance) may be claimed for up to a maximum of 5 days, related to the actual repair times from the time repairs commence and provided that car hire is authorised by us prior to the start of the hire period. Vehicle Recovery In the event of a valid claim, Tow-in charges up to £50 including VAT will form part of the maximum claims liability. Additional Premium (£30 per item): Catalytic Convertor In Car Entertainment (up to a maximum of £100 per claim)

Terms and conditions

As part of our quality control we have all of our vehicles independently inspected by the AA prior to delivery. You will receive a copy of the inspection. We offer all of our customers the option of 5 days drive away insurance. This gives you the opportunity to drive your new vehicle away within the hour. A HPI check is also undertaken to assure that vehicles are free from any outstanding finance, to confirm there is no history of insurance 'write off' damage, to check the vehicle is not stolen and to verify registration history In addition to the AA inspection, vehicles will also benefit from a service. The level of service will depend upon a vehicle's individual requirements, assuring all receive the relevant mechanical care. All Northridge Cars vehicles will have recently passed an MOT. It is our policy to assure at least 9 months is remaining on every certificate. Finally, the vehicle will be prepared by a professional valeter to the best possible standard. However, to keep your new vehicle in showroom condition, we also supply and install vehicle care additions such as Diamondbrite, the market leading interior and exterior protection coatings with a LIFETIME Guarantee!
