For sale is my 1994 Ford Granada Scorpio Cosworth 2.9 Injection, offered as a genuine restoration project.

These cars are becoming increasingly sought after and values have risen considerably over recent years. Genuine, original examples are becoming harder to find, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a worthwhile Cosworth restoration project.

The interior is particularly good for its age. The original leather is in lovely condition, and the car still has its original parcel shelf and interior fittings.

The boot area is also very solid.

Bodywork

The car does require metalwork and paintwork.

The sills require repair on both sides, and it also requires work to one rear wheel arch.

The correct replacement rear arch panel is included with the sale, which is another part of the restoration already taken care of.

This is therefore a project requiring welding and paintwork, but it is a very worthwhile base for restoration.

Engine

The original 2.9 Cosworth engine is complete and turns over.

I have not attempted to get the engine running and have not carried out any further mechanical work on it.

It is currently missing a belt and, as far as I am aware, it will require a water pump.

The engine bay and mechanical components are otherwise present, making this a complete and very original project rather than a stripped or incomplete car.

This is a genuine, original 1994 Granada Scorpio Cosworth 2.9 Injection with just 84,000 miles showing and an exceptionally good interior.
