Mk1 ford mondeo 4x4 1.8 zetec block, crank, pistons and rods all rebuilt with mahle piston rings and King bearing shells, running standard zetec compression ratio. less then 1000 miles since build. Fiesta rs turbo efi cvh cylinder head, lightly ported and polished, port matched to manifolds and gaskets, 3 angle valve seat re-grind, standard efi turbo camshaft, msd coilpack, cosworth 3.5bar fuel regulator, uprated fuel pump. complete new stage 1 T3 Garrett turbo and wastegate actuator. Maxxecu mini stand alone ecu and custom wiring loom, ECU mapped with cosworth map calibrated for 1.8l engine. Custom exhaust, front mount airtec intercooler and full aluminium RS turbo big tank radiator. Stainless steel braided brake flexis on all four corners. Vented and grooved front disks. Rear drums fitted with longer wheel studs to accommodate thicker wheel spacers.
